Food & Nutrition Services
Hamilton Hospital's Food & Nutriton Services Dept. serves patients, visitors and hospital staff. Meals are planned to include a varied selection of delicious, nutritious foods. The department, open 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM daily, is led by a Food Service Director who is a Certified Dietary Manager, and by a Registered, Licensed Dietitian.
Food Services Offered:
- Meal service to inpatients and outpatients
Patient meals are served at 7:15 am, noon and 5:15 pm.
Varied meals incorporate the latest Dietary Guidelines.
- Cateteria for visitors and staff
Cafeteria meals are served from 9 - 10 am, 11 am - 1 pm and 5:30 - 6:30 pm.
- Guest Trays
Available with a call to extension 749 at least one hour prior to meals.
- Beverage and Snack Service
At Hamilton Hospital every effort is made to accommodate individual tastes and preferences.
Nutrition Services
- Nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy provided by the registered dietitian.
