Education

Hamilton Hospital's Educator is responsible for organizing training and educational programs to ensure staff meets all mandatory initial and ongoing competencies. The Educator maintains educational and certification records; conducts new employee orientation, maintains audio-visual equipment; and collaborates with hospital departments and other agencies regarding educational programming. Occasionally, the Educator will assist in coordinating educational programs for the public, as well.
