Clinic
Hamilton Hospital played an instrumental part in bringing
quality, local healthcare back to Jewell and the surrounding
communities with the opening of the Jewell Clinic in July
of 2003. This is a satellite clinic of Hamilton Hospital.
The Jewell Clinic is staffed five days a week from 8:30am
until 5:00pm, with the exception of Wednesday afternoons
when the clinic closes at 1:00pm. The staff is composed of
a Physician Assistant, a Radiographer/Medical Assistant,
a receptionist and a transcriptionist.
The Jewell Clinic offers a full range of services with on-site
x-ray and laboratory facilities. Preventative health services,
urgent care and medical management of chronic illness are
all provided at the clinic from the age of 2 weeks to the
elderly. Massage Therapy is available on Tuesdays and
Podiatry services are available once a month by West Des
Moines Podiatrist Dr. Neuman.
