A few examples are :
- Puritan Bennett 840 Ventilator:
This device, also known as “Life Support”,
will breath for a patient
who is
unable to do so for themselves.
- Mac 5000 ECG (also known as EKG) Machine:
This device gives us a detailed “read out” of what a patients heart
is doing
or not doing. This “read out” helps a physician determine how to
correct
any problems found.
