Description:
Part-time position, EVENING shift, scheduled 4pm to 9pm Monday and Wednesday, every other Friday and weekend. Performs all aspects of telecommunication from within and outside of the hospital. Gathers personal information to admit patients to the hospital. Performs receptionist duties in directing patients, visitors and others to the appropriate areas.
Experience Required:
Must be able to speak, hear and understand the English language. Must display strong customer service skills and ability to maintain a high level of alertness. Must have computerized data entry experience. Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and public is required.
Compensation:
$9.69 per hour entry level with no experience - wage credits based on experience. Second shift differential of $1.00 per hour and third shift differential of $1.50 per hour.

Certified Nursing Assistant, Full time

Description:
Full-time position, Night shift, 40 hours per week. Weekends and holidays required. Provides patient care activities to assist nursing personnel in the care of patients.
Experience Required:
Completion of a recognized Nursing Assistant Course. Registered in the State of Iowa. Must be verified in BLS within 3 months of hire.
Compensation:
Entry level $10.00 per hour increased by 3% for every year of qualified experience. Second shift differential of $1.00 per hour, third shift differential of $1.50 per hour.

File Specialist, Part time

Description:
Part-time, day position, usually working 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. The Medical Records File Specialist sorts, organizes, files, retrieves, and copies medical records; performs other clerical duties as required; maintains medical record integrity through retrieval, tracking, updating, and releasing of confidential patient records.
Experience Required:
Must speak, hear, and understand the English language. Must have High School Diploma or GED. Must display ability to effectively type 35 words per minute. Must have computerized data entry experience. Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and public is required.
Compensation:
$8.79 - $12.70 per hour. Wage credit based on experience.

Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist

Description:
Full-time, rotating shifts, 36 hours per week. The duties include specimen collection, processing, test performance, interpretation and reporting test results. These jobs are performed during a given period of time, in emergency situations and on patients of all ages.
Experience Required:
Degree from an accredited Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Technician program required. ASCP registered. Driver's license preferred. Maintenance of current basic life support.
Compensation:
Entry level MT $16.48 or MLT $15.91 per hour increased by 3% for every year of qualified experience. Second shift differential $1.00 per hour and third shift differential of $1.50 per hour.

Radiographer/Ultrasound

Description:
PRN position available with flexible schedule. With the proper qualifications, a part time position will be possible. The ultrasound technologist will independently perform various ultrasound examinations as ordered by the physician. The ultrasound equipment is a new Philips iu22 machine.
Experience Required:
Must have prior ultrasound experience and be certified by the ARDMS in OB/Gyn & abdominal categories, with ARDMS certification in vascular technology preferred but not required. Must have current certification in CPR or be willing to obtain prior to hire.
